i've made a few different kinds of things! this page serves to be a way to collate some of them. i may eventually split this page into subcategories, but this is good enough for me for now.

Lifelike
cellular automata in minecraft!
created over the course of about two weeks, this mod adds a single block that, when pulsed with redstone, applies a set cellular automaton rule in a given area.
(think conway's game of life, rule 110, etc)
Player Containers
a mod that lets you store players inside items!
art (both ingame and otherwise) and general assistance by the incredible Swizik :3
this was originally created based on a joke screenshot that a friend sent in a discord server, and was later showcased at BlanketCon 2025.
i haven't worked on it in a while, but there's still a lot of stuff that i want to add (as well as a lot of code to rewrite...)

a very silly mod that adds the :bebezwe: emoji (and like seventy variants of it) from the laghari portals discord server, as well as an unnecessarily convoluted crafting tree to make it.
so so so many people gave me permission to use their art or characters in this mod (see the modrinth page for a full list!), but an extra thankyou to ZeWei for also letting me add their music to it!
No Sneaking Animation
a quick and simple mod created for a friend because Sneak Tweak isn't available for versions above 1.20.4 - all it does is adds the option to disable the smooth sneaking camera animation.

Chronoception
a mod about changing your percieved time of day, with various items and blocks that interact with your current perception.
this was the first minecraft mod i ever published! i created it for my first ever ModFest, and actually started it a week or so into the event because i didn't know ModFest existed!
cyan petpet
a very simple webpage that i threw together as a placeholder for the cyan.pet domain while this site was under construction! it originally linked to my neocities, but now links back here.
as also mentioned on the page itself, the art used is by pkmnsilvy and the gif was created using benisland's tool.
Ithkapp
a web app initially created as a school project to assist in translating text into New Ithkuil (a conlang).
also includes an april fools version that is instead for the conlang kay(f)bop(t), accessible by appending ?v=kb to the url.
Minesweeper-Regiohashing Generator
the first major thing i ever made with javascript!
this is an (attempted) recreation of a defunct tool used by members of the geohashing community to generate minesweeper-style images of their progress towards the regional geohashing and minesweeper geohash achievements.
...it's very janky, and in retrospect not at all like the original version. if i ever wanted to revisit this (which is itself unlikely) it'd be from the ground up in a completely different language.

on my old neocities site (and also apparently the github.io site before it?? i forgot about that lol), i had an interests page that listed... uh, things that i was interested in.

i also had plans to write stuff about geohashing and minecraft modding but never got around to it. i guess these are sort of a spiritual predecessor to my blog?
